Montrose Software LLC is seeking a Project Manager Intern in Kraków on a full-time hybrid basis. You will assist the Product Owner, coordinate tasks, and help maintain project docs in a collaborative team environment.

This learning-focused role values curiosity and reliability over prior PM experience. Polish and English communication are required, with a university-related study or motivation to transition into PM as a key trait.

Qualifications

• Interest in project management and software delivery.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in Polish and English (min. B2).
• Proactive, reliable and eager to learn.
• Studies (or recent graduate) in a related field - or a convincing motivation to move into PM.

Responsabilités

• Support the Product Owner in day-to-day project coordination.
• Take meeting notes, capture action items and follow up on them.
• Help keep the Jira board tidy - create and update tickets under guidance.
• Track blockers and dependencies and flag them to the PO.
• Help maintain project documentation (wiki, knowledge base).
• Assist with UAT sessions and simple status updates.

You'll work directly with our Product Owner, supporting the delivery of an internal product alongside a cross-functional team of developers, QA and DevOps.
