Swire is hiring again! We’re growing fast and looking for an experienced High Voltage Project Manager to join our HV & Electrical department.
This role is responsible for leading projects from start to finish — managing budgets, timelines, quality, safety, and team coordination — while ensuring customer expectations are met and delivered to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Lead customer projects from proposal to completion.
- Develop and manage project plans (scope, budget, schedule, quality, risk, contracts).
- Track progress, address deviations, and ensure timely delivery.
- Complete all required project documentation (handover, checklists, HSEQ files).
Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the main contact for clients and internal teams throughout the project.
- Lead project meetings (kick-off, handover, progress reviews).
- Align internal stakeholders on scope, deliverables, and resources.
Sales & Tender Support
- Support project planning, cost estimation, scheduling, and risk assessment for tenders.
- Provide input and documentation for proposals and scopes of work.
- Participate in business risk reviews and due diligence.
Qualifications
- Relevant degree (business, engineering, or equivalent technical/commercial background).
- Proven experience in project management, ideally in wind or a related technical industry.
- Proficiency with MS Project, ERP systems, and Excel.
- Fluent in English.
