Grid Dynamics ищет Delivery Manager/Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master для руководства технической реализацией проектов и координации между локальной польской командой и международными стейкхолдерами. Обязанности включают планирование спринтов, управление дорожной картой, зависимостями и рисками, а также обеспечение качества поставки и взаимодействие с архитектурной командой в США.

Требуется опыт Scrum/Agile и владение Jira/Confluence, а также высокий уровень владения польским и английским

Qualifications

• Опыт руководства командами поставки, техническим проект-менеджментом или Scrum Master'ом.
• Коммерческий опыт работы с данными интеграции, публикацией данных или backend/ETL систем.
• Понимание качества данных, интеграций, зависимостей и операционных рисков.
• Опыт работы с Scrum/Agile, планирование спринтов, refinement, User Story mapping, Acceptance Criteria, Definition of Done.
• Продвинутый уровень Jira/Confluence для roadmapping, зависимости и управления процессами.
• Опыт управления объёмом проекта, таймлайнами, релиз-планированием и RAID.
• Свободное владение польским (C1+) и английским (C1+).
• Способность связывать локальные команды в Польше с международными стейкхолдерами и архитекторами.

Responsibilities

• Организация планирования спринтов, ежедневных встреч, ретроспектив, refinement и поддержка Jira/Confluence.
• Владение дорожной картой проекта, контроль милестонов, объёмов и RAID.
• Управление зависимостями, интеграциями и операционными рисками вместе с командами.
• Установка моста между локальной командой в Польше и архитекторами в Атланте.
• Координация планирования UAT, readiness, cutover и поддержки после релиза.
• Повышение скорости, предсказуемости и качества поставки через метрики.
• Подготовка статусов для руководства и эскалация рисков.

Задачи

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and maintain Jira/Confluence workspaces
• Own project roadmaps, milestones, scope changes, budget tracking, and proactive RAID management
• Manage technical dependencies, system integrations, data quality considerations, and operational risks alongside engineering and data teams
• Act as the bridge between the local delivery team, business stakeholders, operations, and the Lead Architect based in Atlanta
• Coordinate UAT planning, production readiness, cutover execution, and post-release support
• Drive continuous improvement using velocity, cycle time, defect rates, and predictability metrics
• Deliver executive status reports and manage risk escalations

Требования

• Proven track record as a Delivery Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Scrum Master leading technical delivery teams
• Commercial experience with data integration, data publication, or backend/ETL systems
• Understanding of data quality, system integrations, technical dependencies, and operational risks
• Hands-on experience with Scrum/Agile frameworks, sprint planning, backlog refinement, User Story mapping, Acceptance Criteria, and Definition of Done
• Advanced proficiency in Jira and Confluence for roadmapping, dependency tracking, and workflow management
• Experience managing project scope, timelines, release planning, and proactive RAID management
• Fluent Polish (C1+)
• Fluent English (C1+)
• Ability to bridge local Polish delivery teams with international stakeholders and architects across different time zones
• Nice to have: Professional Scrum Master (PSM/CSM), PMP, or SAFe credentials, hands-on technical release management in data-heavy environments, practical use of delivery metrics, direct collaboration with US-based engineering leadership or enterprise architects
