Job summary

MARGO is seeking an experienced ERP Migration Project Manager to drive the strategic migration of SAP ECC, BFC, and Anaplan to Oracle Fusion Cloud (EPM). You will lead migration activities, coordinate business teams and the system integrator, and ensure alignment with the approved schedule.

The role requires strong knowledge of ERP-enabled business processes, excellent analytical and communication skills, and proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading ERP migration projects.
• Strong knowledge of business processes supported by ERP systems.
• Proven ability to coordinate projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Very strong analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent English proficiency (mandatory condition).

Responsibilities

• Lead migration activities from SAP ECC / BFC / Anaplan to Oracle Fusion Cloud (EPM).
• Coordinate collaboration between business teams, the Data Governance domain, and the system integrator.
• Plan and supervise consecutive migration phases in accordance with the approved schedule.
• Leverage knowledge of functional objects and business processes to ensure consistency across migration activities.
• Monitor the system integrator's progress and hold them accountable for agreed deliverable commitments.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and ensure their prompt escalation.
• Prepare progress reports and consolidate necessary project information.
• Prepare and facilitate status meetings.
• Coordinate activities through to the successful completion of the migration.
