ABOUT THE JOB
Our e-commerce startup is looking for a Project Manager / Brand Manager to join the team. You will be working alongside the company founder, running the day-to-day operations of the business. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter that wants to further their knowledge and skill set in the rapidly growing e-commerce and marketplace (e.g Amazon) industries. We run 3 different brands (Decorada / Paper Plan / Willow & Eva)
RESPONSIBILITIES
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- You have great organizational skills and attention to details with the ability to meet deadlines
- You can manage the business processes for creating and selling a product online. This includes product design, production, and shipping from supplier to final destination (e.g. warehouse / Amazon).
- You can review reports used for managing products, identify potential issues, and assist internal team stakeholders to make good business decisions.
- Facilitate meetings including developing agendas, asking relevant questions of the team, and encouraging participation from everyone to achieve intended outcomes
- You can identify business risk and work with team stakeholders to resolve them before any negative impacts happen.
- Able to learn the eCommerce business by working closely with team stakeholders to understand how things work
- Provide recurring project status updates to key stakeholders, including company owner
TEAM LEADERSHIP
- Leads as a role model in support of a positive environment which values creative problem solving, open communication and flat hierarchy
- Strong communicator who can set clear and achievable expectations with team stakeholders and collaborate with a positive attitude to ensure outcomes are achieved
- Acts as a coach to team stakeholders to understand, assess and support team members
MARKET RESEARCH
- Possesses deep curiosity of consumer product markets and consumer shopping behaviors
- Ability to research existing products, understand consumer needs, and competition in the market
- Ability to summarize research into reports for company owner and team stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS
- Formal higher education or actual working experience as a project manager
- Candidate must have a strong interest in retail or eCommerce
- Ability to manage individual time and tasks
- Ability to quickly adapt to new requirements and changing situations
- Willingness to step in as needed to support needs of the business
- Fluent in speaking English, with ability to understand and communicate complex business subjects
- Familiar with Google Business Suite (must have excellent Google Sheets skills)
- Experienced with project management software (e.g. Asana, ClickUp, MS Project, etc)
- Open minded, ready to learn, willing to teach
EDUCATION / SKILLS
- A bachelor's degree in business (Masters in Business or MBA preferred)
- A focus on project management and marketing preferred

PAY
Salary: 22.000€ Per Year + performance bonuses. You will be employed as a contractor. Therefore you will need to manage all of your own taxes, social security and health insurances using your salary.
