Job description

Ryanair is currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join the Construction Team of Europe's largest airline group.

This is an excellent opportunity as we aim to grow to over 800 aircraft and 300 million guests per year within the next 10 years.

The successful candidate will oversee a range of construction projects across Europe, including aircraft hangars, flight simulator facilities, office fit-outs, and other interesting construction projects. Your main responsibilities include ensuring project completion is safe, on time, and within budget.

• Promote health and safety as a key goal, implementing Ryanair's health and safety standards and culture.
• Act as the client's representative on all project matters.
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, architects, etc., on project specifications.
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports on project status.
• Manage costs to prevent overruns and ensure change orders are agreed upon prior to implementation.
• Monitor project timelines, foresee potential issues, and track progress against schedules.
• Ensure quality standards are met using best methods and engineering practices.

Requirements

• BSc/BA in Construction, Engineering, or relevant discipline.
• Proven experience as a construction project manager with 5+ years in a similar role, with a successful track record of delivery.
• Deep understanding of construction procedures and project management principles.
• Experience working on projects across the Ryanair network, not limited to Poland.
• Familiarity with quality, health, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and written skills in English.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
