Job Description
  • Working in an international environment and global Clients
  • Independent management of the projects and resources dealing with digital assets such as social media, banners, mailings, newsletters, etc.
  • Supervision over all phases of the project delivery
  • Cooperation with the internal departments involved in production process
  • Preparation of project documentation (process mapping, RACI, communication rules, project pre-requisite, briefing templates, tools landscape and set up)
  • Delegating tasks, briefing appropriate teams and verifying the correctness of task performance
  • Running projects using dedicated project management tools (JIRA, Teams, Smartsheet)
  • Project tracking based on customized dashboards
  • Introducing solutions optimizing defined ways of working to ensure the best-in-class approach
  • Following and running chosen agile ceremonies to keep the good level of communication and remove project obstacles
  • Risk management and efficient trouble shooting
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the campaign content production industry or in a similar position
  • Experience in running campaign assets production (offline & online)
  • Practical knowledge of technical requirements and limitations
  • Experience in time scheduling, requirements analysis and experience with work project management tools
  • Project management agile methodologies knowledge
  • Experience in working with tools that improve cooperation between teams, such as Jira, Teams, Sharepoint
  • Ability to organize work and build good relationships and efficient communication with business owners of the project (customer / customer service)
  • Autonomy and independence in decision-making
  • Experience in working with production at scale projects is nice to have
  • Very good English language (must have prerequisite)
  • Following trends in the world of digital marketing and new technologies
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Pro-activeness and solution-oriented approach in day-to-day work
