Job summary

NotoAgency is seeking a capable Project Manager to oversee eCommerce projects on Shopify and Shopify Plus, coordinating with clients and cross-functional teams in a hybrid model (remote or on-site in Rzeszów, Folwark Center).

You will drive requirements gathering, backlog monitoring, and project reporting while leading a collaborative team to deliver high-quality results for the Polish and international markets.

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years of managerial experience in eCommerce projects.
• English proficiency at least B2.
• Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence; Shopify/Shopify Plus experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate eCommerce projects on Shopify/Shopify Plus.
• Manage projects in Jira; ensure alignment with client and team.
• Maintain ongoing contact with client and project teams at every stage.
• Gather requirements through collaboration with client and team (developers, designers, testers).
• Monitor project backlog; prepare project documentation and monthly reports.
• Make decisions on project and work sequence; set priorities.
• Support the team throughout the project lifecycle.

Scope of duties

• Coordinating eCommerce projects on Shopify and Shopify Plus engines,
• managing projects in Jira,
• maintaining ongoing contact with the client and project teams at every stage of the project,
• gathering requirements based on collaboration with the client and the team (developers, graphic designers, testers),
• monitoring the project backlog, preparing project documentation and monthly reports,
• making decisions regarding the project and the sequence of work, s
• supporting the team in the project.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of managerial experience in eCommerce projects.
• English language proficiency at least B2.
• Knowledge of JIRA, ConfluenceMille.
• Experience in Shopify and Shopify Plus projects is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to learn and improve managerial skills.
