Job summary

DCX is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Poland to coordinate international client projects from initiation to delivery. You will manage multiple projects, lead meetings, and ensure deadlines are met across engineering, logistics, purchasing, and production.

You will serve as the main client contact across Asia, Europe and the USA, delivering regular updates, addressing questions, and driving timely decisions in a high-autonomy, flexible-work environment.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience as an independent Project Manager.
• Experience leading project meetings and working with distributed teams.
• Fluency in English and Polish at C1 level or higher.
• Strong ownership, independence and a proactive approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities on the DCX side and ensure progress according to scope, requirements and deadlines.
• Act as the key client contact – provide updates and coordinate information between client and internal teams.
• Maintain close contact with the client to address questions and requests promptly.
• Follow up across engineering, logistics, purchasing and production to complete actions as planned.
• Monitor progress, deadlines and follow up on delayed tasks.
• Verify project information in internal systems for accuracy.
• Organize and participate in online and in-person client meetings.
• Provide regular updates on status, milestones, risks and next steps.
• Identify issues early and coordinate resolution with DCX teams across time zones.
• Manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously.
• Collaborate with clients and teams across Asia, Europe and the USA, including meetings across different time zones.
• Represent DCX professionally in daily communication and meetings with international clients.

Your responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities on the DCX side and make sure all tasks are progressing according to the agreed project scope, requirements and deadlines.
• Act as a key point of contact for the client - be available to answer questions, provide updates and coordinate information between the client and our internal teams.
• Stay in close contact with the client throughout the project, making sure their questions and requests are addressed in a timely manner.
• Follow up on activities across engineering, logistics, purchasing, production and other DCX teams, ensuring that agreed actions are completed as planned.
• Monitor project progress, track deadlines and proactively follow up on delayed or outstanding tasks.
• Verify project information, status and key data in internal systems to ensure that the information is accurate and up to date.
• Organize and participate in online and in-person meetings with clients and internal project teams.
• Provide the client with regular updates on project status, key milestones, risks and next steps.
• Identify potential issues early, coordinate their resolution and make sure the right people on the DCX side are involved.
• Manage several projects and client relationships at the same time.
• Cooperate with clients and teams across Asia, Europe and the USA, including meetings scheduled across different time zones.
• Represent DCX professionally in daily communication and meetings with international clients and partners.

Our requirements

• English and Polish at C1 level or higher - you are comfortable communicating with international clients and partners every day, both verbally and in writing.
• Flexibility to work across different time zones, especially when cooperating with teams and clients in Asia and the USA.
• Several years of experience as an independent Project Manager.
• Experience leading project meetings and working with distributed teams.
• Strong ownership, independence and a proactive approach to work.

Optional

• Higher technical education.
• Ability to read technical drawings and product specifications.
• PRINCE2 or PMP knowledge/certification.
• Experience in data centers, manufacturing, engineering or technical infrastructure projects.
