Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership: Lead and manage a large-scale program of work, ensuring smooth execution from planning to deployment, meeting agreed objectives and acceptance criteria.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with key stakeholders, maintaining clear and consistent communication to align expectations, provide progress updates, and address concerns effectively.
- Project Planning: Create detailed project plans that include timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk assessments to meet the program's goals and launch deadlines.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the program lifecycle to avoid delays or obstacles to successful deployment.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress against the agreed plan, providing regular updates to stakeholders and escalating issues as necessary.
- Meeting Deadlines: Maintain a results-driven focus to deliver against strict timelines, ensuring project objectives are achieved on schedule.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in Project Management roles.
- MUST HAVE proven experience delivering projects in the OTT/Video Streaming industry.
- Stakeholder & Supplier Management: Exceptional stakeholder and supplier management skills, with the ability to align uncoordinated stakeholders and motivate teams in a matrix organization.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, tailored to various audiences and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Project Planning: Skilled in creating and managing dependency-based project plans and proficient with collaboration tools.
- Financial Management: Expertise in financial estimation, tracking, and management.
- Certifications: PMP and/or Prince II certification is desirable.
