Job summary

Hitachi Energy Services Sp. z o.o. Kraków seeks a PMO Specialist to strengthen governance, reporting, and change initiatives across a global IT organization.

You will work with project teams, stakeholders, and leaders to improve visibility, support decision-making, and help adopt new ways of working. You will maintain project dashboards, coordinate governance meetings, and prepare updates and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of PMO, project management, or related field.
  • Experience supporting governance, reporting, and change initiatives.
  • Experience preparing presentations and management reports.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience planning and delivering communications, training, or adoption activities.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain project and portfolio reporting, dashboards, and governance materials.
  • Coordinate governance meetings and track actions and decisions.
