Job description

At the Engineering Competence Center, we carry out services and projects for the automotive, rail and oil & gas sectors, among others. Specialized teams of engineers work within project groups and competence groups, whose activities we manage. We also implement training and certification programs as part of improving the engineering competence of our consultants.

  • Engagement with relevant stakeholders developing and maintaining effective partnerships to meet project deliverables
  • Generation of technical procurement specifications, parts and document suites
  • Task ownership while working under the guidance of lead and controlled title engineers.
  • Ensuring that product design conforms to the requirements specifications.
  • Promoting Compliance, Quality & EHS integrity through developing succinct procedures, work instructions, product and process related documentation and creatively promote their use.
  • Takes responsibility in working across global Engineering Teams to deliver solutions to assigned work packages.

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • MSc or BSc in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Experienced in mechanical hardware design and development (3D CAD Creo)
  • Engineering drafting techniques, geometrical dimensioning and tolerances
  • Experience with Teamcenter
  • Knowledge of hydraulic systems. Being able to read and understand hydraulic diagrams and drawings
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills in English C1
  • GD&T certification (nice to have)
  • Knowledge of Oil&Gas Industry nice to have
