Zusammenfassung

Axpo Group in Poland seeks a Project Delivery Manager to coordinate biomethane projects from development to Ready-to-Build, ensuring a smooth handover to Construction and ongoing operational support. You will manage schedules, budgets, permitting, and stakeholder alignment across multiple workstreams.

The role requires engineering or related degree and 4+ years in project delivery within renewable energy or capital-intensive sectors.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience in project management, coordination, development, or construction delivery, preferably in renewable energy or biomethane.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams across technical, commercial, financial and regulatory areas.
• Experience with project schedules, budgets, reporting tools, and cost/timeline control.
• Practical knowledge of permitting, construction prep, EPC coordination, or infrastructure delivery in Poland is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communicator with ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Join us in driving the energy transition forward. As Project Delivery Manager, you'll coordinate the delivery of our biomethane projects in Poland, connecting development and construction to keep projects moving with clarity and purpose.

What you will do:

• Coordinate and deliver assigned biomethane projects from development through Ready-to-Build and construction support until Commercial Operation Date

• Lead the structured handover from Development to Construction, ensuring technical, commercial, permitting and contractual information is fully transferred

• Act as primary point of contact after handover, supporting the Construction team and ensuring continuity of decisions and information

• Maintain project documentation, trackers and transparent reporting on progress, risks, budget and schedule

• Coordinate activities required to reach Ready-to-Build, including permitting, land and grid-related workstreams

• Monitor schedule and budget against the approved business case, flagging deviations early and escalating when needed

What you bring & who you are:

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Environmental Sciences, or a related field.

• 4+ years of experience in project management, project coordination, project development, or construction delivery, preferably within renewable energy, biogas/biomethane, or other capital-intensive infrastructure sectors.

• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and stakeholders across technical, commercial, financial, and regulatory areas.

• Experience working with project schedules, budgets, reporting tools, and cost and timeline control.

• Practical knowledge of permitting, construction preparation, EPC coordination, or infrastructure project delivery in Poland is a strong advantage;

• Excellent communicator with ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority and manage priorities and keep projects on track.

• Willingness to travel regularly to project sites across Poland.
