Job summary

Honeywell Technologies in Warszawa is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead a team within the Quality Management Software domain. You will scope projects, develop proposals, and drive demand for services and training while ensuring issues stay within budget and schedule.

Reporting to the EMEA Delivery Leader, you will manage multiple priorities, apply AGILE and SDLC standards, and collaborate with cross-functional groups across product management, development and support to deliver

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with SaaS implementations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, influencing and relationship skills.
• 2+ years leadership within a matrixed organization.
• 2+ years defining, estimating & scheduling project work.
• 2+ years managing project financials including PO burn rate.
• Agile Scrum background and SDLC familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly integrated status of all project activities and report on status, issues, risks and budget.
• Identify and resolve critical issues; review deliverables for quality.
• Ensure scope, quality and timeliness; keep plans and minutes up to date.
• Act as a single point of contact for Support, Product Management and R&D; support SOP updates.
• Ensure adherence to AGILE and SDLC processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly integrated status of all project related activities – including project status, issue resolution, risk management and financial status, conduct performance monitoring, information, and reporting; help diagnose root cause of problems
• Identify and settle critical issues in timely manner, review documentation and deliverables from project team to ensure quality delivery of services
• Ensure teams are taking corrective action as necessary to deliver complete scope, desired quality and timeliness of customer projects and strategic programs, keep team apprised via project plans, meetings and discussion minutes of project tasks identified, tasks to be completed, and work not completed
• Act as a single point of contact within the project for Support, Product Management and Research & Development, support HLS PMO initiatives and assist with relevant SOP updates
• Ensure adherence to common processes, such as: AGILE implementation methodology and Software Development LifeCycle (SDLC)

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience working with SaaS implementations.
• Must have strong communication skills (oral, written and presentation) negotiation, influencing and relationship skills along with high personal integrity, credibility, and energy.
• 2+ years of demonstrated leadership within a matrixed organization, managing cross-divisional projects and building effective cross-functional teams and relationships
• 2+ years of demonstrated experience working with Project Teams defining, estimating & scheduling project work to achieve project scope and ensure resource allocation is mapped to requirements
• 2+ years Demonstrated experience managing project financials including the PO burn rate throughout the project lifecycle

• Product LifeCycle Management (PLM) process (PRIME implementation methodology)
• Successful completion of Bachelors’ degree or relevant business / information technology or equivalent experience
• Strong experience with the MS Office Suite particularly Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, candidates with Salesforce experience will receive priority consideration
• Agile Scrum Certification
• Work experience in Life Sciences, Medical Device, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or Discrete Manufacturing highly preferred
• Travel is occasional as warranted by project work; frequency will vary depending on project requirements
