Job summary

Link Group is seeking a Programs Manager to oversee multiple IT programs within the finance and stock exchange sector, ensuring strategic alignment, risk governance, and successful delivery. You will work closely with stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to drive program execution and optimize business outcomes.

You will lead complex initiatives across diverse projects, collaborating with global clients on innovative solutions and leveraging Agile/SAFe practices to deliver value

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT programs within finance/stock exchange sectors.
• Proven ability to coordinate stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum/SAFe) and hybrid delivery models.
