Digital Delivery is a new function within Volvo Group Digital & IT. It has the ambition to identify and execute on new digital initiatives in tight collaboration with TD/BAs and Group Functions as well as modernize and transform our existing solutions into products and to secure agile ways of working across the whole Digital Delivery function. Together with our digital talents, we will work on solution design and deliveries to improve business performance and create value at scale for Volvo Group. Included in our mission is to drive an efficient Volvo Group Digital & IT interface and Portfolio Management for the TD/BAs and Group Functions.

What You Will Do

As an Application Support IT, you will play a crucial role in supporting our users and contributing to planned improvements for our solution. You will be part of the product team, working closely with software and solution engineers, and collaborating with engineers from other product teams to resolve arising issues.

Product Description

Intelligent Parts Price Management (IPPM) is a service designed to support Volvo Group Price Managers globally in parts pricing. Our Product Team delivers support, knowledge, and maintenance for the solution, business users, stakeholders, and legacy systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily support to business users by addressing incidents, problems, and questions.
  • Investigate complex issues to identify root causes and solutions.
  • Monitor the solution on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to ensure optimal performance.
  • Share knowledge within the team to foster continuous improvement.
Who Are You?
Required Competencies
  • Fundamental understanding of ITIL.
  • Proficiency in Incident Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, and Problem Management, preferably using ServiceNow (SNOW).
  • Experience with ADO (nice to have).
  • Practical knowledge of SQL.
  • Strong documentation skills, both reading and writing.

  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Client success-oriented mindset.
  • Proactive and responsible approach to tasks.
  • Open-minded and adaptable.
