Job summary

TrustHR is supporting an international manufacturing group to strengthen their operational leadership team. The successful candidate will own the production process and strategize with other departments to ensure operational excellence and high quality standards.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead a 50+ strong production team, implement Lean manufacturing principles (5S, Kaizen, TPM), monitor KPIs, and drive efficiency, planning, budgeting, and staff development within a dynamic

Qualifications

• 3+ years in managing production processes with Lean manufacturing experience.
• Proven leadership and the ability to manage 50+ employees.
• Knowledge of 5S, TPM, Kaizen, 5Why, Ishikawa, SPC.
• Good written and spoken Polish and English or German.

Job description

TrustHR is supporting an international manufacturing group in strengthening their operational leadership team. The company is in convenient commute range from Poznań, Września, Gniezno.

The ideal candidate will own the production process and will strategize with other departments to ensure operational excellence and adherence to high quality standards.

This position reports to Operations Manager.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and evaluate key metrics of production process
• Contribute to production planning and budgeting, including long-term technology investment
• Improve efficiency of production processes
• Lead and motivate the team to sustain employee engagement; incl. salary policies and development
• Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders
• Supervision of monitoring systems/software ; reporting KPIs

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in managing production processes; beneficial areas: automotive, aerospace, complex goods, industrial solutions, machinery, metals
• Leadership and analytical skills
• Ability to manage a team of 50+ employees
• Working knowledge of key modern industry systems/standards, i.e. 5S, TPM, Kaizen, 5Why, Ishikawa, SPC
• Proven track record in introduction and maintenance of Lean Manufacturing principles
• Good written/spoken Polish and English or German language
