Job summary

Radiometer, a Danaher operating company, is seeking an IT Supporter to be the go-to IT expert within production environments. You will drive incident resolution, identify root causes, and implement sustainable improvements to enhance operational performance and reliability.

The role is on-site at our Stargard, Poland facility, reporting to the Global IT Support Manager. You will work closely with manufacturing, engineering, and global/local IT teams to ensure stable, secure, and efficient

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT support, infrastructure support, or manufacturing IT.
• Experience supporting production or industrial environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across hardware, software, and network technologies.
• Experience driving root cause analysis and implementing permanent corrective actions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced IT support for production-related systems and equipment.
• Support and troubleshoot technologies connected to manufacturing cells, including PLC-connected systems, Label printers and printing solutions, Industrial PCs and workstations, Production network connectivity and related infrastructure.
• Act as the primary IT escalation point for complex production issues impacting manufacturing operations.
