Job summary

ARNON Oy is seeking a Production Engineer in Poland to develop production processes, support new product introductions and lead continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

You will troubleshoot production issues, optimize BOMs, and work closely with Quality, Maintenance, Logistics and Production Planning to raise efficiency. A mechanical/automation background and at least 2 years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Production Engineering, or related field preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and process optimization methods.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and drawings.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • English language skills sufficient to work with technical documentation and communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will
