Job summary

ING Hubs Poland seeks a Product Manager IV to lead Secure Service Edge initiatives. Define the vision, strategy and roadmap for SSE capabilities, balancing security, compliance and business needs across international teams.

Prioritize features, maintain security standards, coordinate with engineering, security stakeholders and business units, and drive SSE adoption across the organization while aligning with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience managing cybersecurity products or services.
• Strong background in Secure Service Edge (SSE), network security and endpoint security.
• Understand security concepts related to secure internet access, private application access, data protection and threat prevention.
• Understand concepts related to software engineering and security platform integration.
• Experience working in complex and international team setups.
• Ability to drive innovation and cooperation across engineering, security and business teams.
• Able to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, linking technical and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Managing the product portfolio for SSE and related security capabilities.
• Defining the product vision, strategy and roadmap.
• Prioritizing product features based on security, business and regulatory needs.
• Defining and maintaining security standards and guardrails for SSE.
• Driving implementation and adoption of SSE across the organization.
• Coordinating integration of SSE with endpoint, network, identity and security capabilities.
• Working closely with engineering teams, security stakeholders and other technology domains.
• Managing stakeholders across different countries and organizational units.
• Managing the product backlog and translating strategic objectives into initiatives.
• Ensuring delivered capabilities meet security, compliance, availability and scalability requirements.

Our focus is on delivering scalable and secure capabilities for secure internet access, private application access, data protection and threat prevention, while integrating SSE with the wider security and technology ecosystem.

We are responsible for the lifecycle of the platform, including its design, implementation, integration, operation and continuous improvement.

The team is located in Katowice, Poland, and consists of cybersecurity and engineering professionals working together to deliver modern, scalable security solutions.
