Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Product Owner for Civil 3D based in Krakow, Poland. You will connect customer problems with software solutions, partnering across Product Management, Engineering, and Experience Design to discover, validate, and deliver capabilities that improve civil infrastructure design.

You’ll lead discovery, backlog refinement, and roadmaps while leveraging analytics and customer feedback to guide direction and measure impact. AI-assisted workflows are a focus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering, infrastructure software, or related technical product domains.
• Strong familiarity with Autodesk Civil 3D and civil engineering design workflows preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with transportation, civil engineering, GIS, or adjacent AEC software ecosystems is a plus.
• Experience translating problems into priorities, ideally as product backlogs, user stories, or product requirements.
• Ability to leverage analytics and balance multiple inputs as part of the roadmap planning process.
• Desire to engage with a range of stakeholders, from highly technical end users to business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer problems and translate them into strategy, priorities, and roadmap investments.
• Lead backlog refinement, user story development, and sprint planning with scrum teams.
• Collaborate across Product Management and Engineering for consistent roadmaps.
• Support product launches and customer adoption with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Product Delivery teams.
• Use analytics and feedback to measure impact and inform direction.
