Job summary

Solid in Wrocław is seeking a Product Owner to translate product goals into a roadmap, manage priorities, and create an actionable backlog with clear acceptance criteria.

You will connect user needs to business goals, define success metrics, run discovery workshops, and validate hypotheses to reduce uncertainty while collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams.

• Facilitate discovery workshops and gather requirements.
• Run experiments, A/B tests, and hypothesis validation to reduce uncertainty.
• Build stakeholder relationships through transparent decisions and workshops.
• Align release scope with product goals and launch risks.
• Share learnings and tools with the Product community.

• Translating agreed product goals into an outcome-led roadmap, clearing priorities and an actionable backlog
• Deciding the order of work by balancing customer value, business outcomes, technical feasibility, delivery cost, evidence and risk
• Accepting, rejecting, deferring or reshaping work within agreed product goals and decision rights
• Defining success measures and ensuring appropriate analytics, feedback and validation are planned
• Defining and monitoring product KPIs using product analytics, customer insight and market evidence
• Facilitation of product discovery and definition workshops, alongside in-depth requirements gathering
• Experimentation, A/B testing and hypothesis validation to reduce uncertainty and improve product decisions
• Building trusted stakeholder relationships through transparent decisions and workshops
• Connecting release scope with product goals and meaningful measures; addressing launch dependencies and product risks
• Sharing useful learning, examples and tools with the Product community

• Practical experience applying product discovery techniques, customer research, iterative validation and digital-product delivery
• You write and communicate clear outcomes, requirements, acceptance criteria and trade-offs
• You build collaborative relationships with clients and work constructively with cross-functional teams
• You can challenge assumptions respectfully and make decisions within agreed authority
