We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our team and lead product innovation within our R&D stream. Your mission is to turn user insights into actionable solutions, shape product and communication strategies, and drive improvements across core metrics.

You’ll work hand‑in‑hand with designers, engineers, analysts, marketing, and operations to build high‑impact features, uncover new opportunities, and continuously enhance the product experience.

Your impact:
  • Own the product roadmap for your area, aligning short‑ and long‑term goals with business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, design, analytics, and engineering to improve key metrics and deliver high‑quality results.
  • Formulate, test, and analyze hypotheses to optimize engagement, retention, and monetization.
  • Identify new opportunities through R&D initiatives, analyzing user insights and market trends.
  • Drive experimentation and A/B testing to validate your ideas and scale successful solutions.
About you:
  • 2+ years of experience in product management or related roles with a proven track record in R&D initiatives, testing new positioning, or exploring new audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, or Tableau.
  • Hands‑on experience with product metrics (DAU, WAU, MAU, retention, churn, LTV, ARPU) and improving them through hypotheses.
  • Familiarity with mobile development processes and task management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana).
  • Knowledge of monetization models (advertising, subscription, transactional) and practical experience driving results.
  • Initiative‑driven, flexible, and able to structure chaos while making data‑informed decisions.
  • Strong communicator who can align stakeholders and inspire cross‑functional collaboration.
