Job summary
IG Group is seeking a Technical Product Manager for Performance and Quality in Kraków. You will own the product direction for Performance Engineering and Quality Engineering, bridging platform teams, engineers and leadership to deliver reliable, scalable software.
Emphasis on data-driven decisions, adoption, and continuous improvement. You will partner with engineers, platform teams and leadership to define outcomes, manage roadmaps, and ensure quality checks are embedded early in delivery
Qualifications
- Hands-on background as automated test engineer, SDET, or quality engineer.
- Experience with integrating quality with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with non-functional testing (performance/load) is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Define and own a coherent product strategy and prioritised roadmap for Performance and Quality Engineering.
- Translate complex engineering needs into clear product outcomes and backlog items.
- Manage planning, backlog, acceptance criteria and success measures for delivery.
