Job summary

IG Group in Kraków is seeking a Technical Product Manager for Performance and Quality to own the product direction, roadmap and outcomes for Performance Engineering and Quality Engineering within Infrastructure & Operations.

You will shape shared capabilities to help engineering teams test earlier, detect risk sooner and release reliable software with confidence, working at the intersection of performance and quality engineers, platform engineers and technology leadership.

Qualifications

• Hands-on background as automated test engineer or SDET with strong test automation
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated checks and quality gates
• Proven ability to translate engineering problems into clear product outcomes and roadmaps
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to align specialist teams and leadership
• Familiarity with performance testing and non-functional testing principles
• Experience with cloud platforms and observability tooling (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Define and own a coherent product strategy and prioritised roadmap across Performance Engineering and Quality Engineering
• Position performance and quality capabilities as internal products with measurable outcomes
• Collaborate with engineering leaders to validate feasibility and align backlogs
• Drive adoption of shared testing frameworks and pipeline components through clear onboarding
• Maintain a concise roadmap and report progress to senior technology stakeholders
• Define acceptance criteria and success metrics before delivery
