NTFY - Nice To Fit You ищет опытного Product Manager/Owner в Варшаве (устроенная на месте) для увеличения продаж и удержания клиентов через веб-сайт и приложение. Вы будете формировать дорожную карту и приоритезировать задачи на основе данных.

Вы будете проводить A/B тесты, работать с UX/UI и командой разработки, и внедрять изменения, руководствуясь данными и бизнес-целями, чтобы сделать продукт крупной ценностью и улучшить клиентский опыт.

Qualifications

• 7+ лет опыта Product Manager/Owner в e-commerce или SaaS.
• Есть продукт, чьи результаты можно показать цифрами.
• Решения принимаются на основе данных; знание GA4, Firebase и Hotjar; умение планировать и интерпретировать A/B тесты.
• Работаете с UX/UI и разработчиками, включая распределённую команду.
• Инициируете изменения самостоятельно, не ждёте готового таск-листа.
• Стремитесь построить что-то крупное и берёте на себя ответственность.

Responsibilities

• Ответственность за то, как приложение и сайт конвертируются в продажи, удержание и лояльность.
• Формирование дорожной карты на основе стратегии, данных и потребностей клиентов; приоритезация.
• Определение требований, выбор решений; работа с командой разработки и партнёрами от идеи до реализации.
• Оптимизация пути клиента, устранение узких мест на пути к покупке.
• Формулирование гипотез, проведение A/B тестов и принятие решений по результатам.
• Сбор и использование фидбэка, NPS и данных об использовании продукта.
• Скрепление между бизнесом, технологиями, маркетингом и поддержкой вокруг общей цели.

Our app and website are places customers enjoy returning to. Ordering should take a moment, and every visit should be better than the last. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of this from the inside.

• Product results: You are responsible for how the app and website translate into sales, customer retention, and loyalty.
• Development direction: You create a roadmap based on NTFY's strategy, data, and customer needs, then decide what we do first and what we do not do at all.
• Platform development: You define requirements, choose solutions, and work with the development team and partners from idea to implementation and evaluation of results.
• Customer journey: You look for places where customers get stuck or give up, and remove them so that purchasing becomes increasingly simple.
• Experiments: You formulate hypotheses, test them with A/B tests, and make decisions based on results, not opinions.
• Voice of the customer: Feedback, NPS, and product usage data are your everyday working materials.
• Bridge between teams: You bring business, technology, marketing, and customer service together around a shared goal.

Требования

• You have at least 7 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in e-commerce or SaaS.
• You have a product to your credit whose results you can demonstrate with numbers.
• You make decisions based on data, know GA4, Firebase, and Hotjar, and can plan and interpret an A/B test.
• You work well with UX/UI and developers, including in a distributed team.
• You initiate changes yourself and do not wait for someone to bring you a ready-made task list.
• You want to build something big and take personal responsibility for it.
