Andersen is hiring a Product Lead (GTM tech) for a global online review platform. The role focuses on enhancing Salesforce solutions, streamlining workflows, and building scalable tools.

The customer is a global tech company operating one of the largest online review platforms. Founded in Denmark in 2007, it enables users to share feedback on businesses, helping others make informed decisions. With millions of reviews and users worldwide, the company offers both free and premium tools, and is known for its focus on transparency, trust, and a diverse, international team.

The project is focused on enhancing and integrating Salesforce solutions to streamline workflows across Sales, Customer Support, and Marketing. Working within a cross-functional team, you will contribute to building scalable internal tools and customer-facing features.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing strategic leadership in the development and use of Go-To-Market (GTM) tools and the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
  • Defining and implementing product strategy and roadmap, including process transformation and support for BAU (day-to-day operations).
  • Collaborating with business units (commerce, marketing, customer experience) and digital teams to align requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Leading a team (business analysts, developers, QA), fostering expertise, and ensuring effective performance.
  • Ensuring change management standards, architecture quality, integrations, and security within Salesforce and related systems.
  • Driving innovation, including the adoption of AI to optimize customer engagement and improve efficiency.

Must-haves:

  • Leadership skills: managing teams and projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to align business goals with technological solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Interest in innovation and applying AI in GTM and CX systems.
  • Level of English – Upper-Intermediate and above.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience working with other GTM tools (marketing automation, CDP, analytics).
  • Knowledge of data infrastructure (Segment, BigQuery).
  • Experience working in highly developed matrix organizations.
