Job summary

Angst+Pfister AG in Poland seeks a Product Application Engineer specialized in sealing technology to translate technical knowledge into customer solutions and drive sales. You will consult with clients, analyze processes with their engineering teams, develop customer-specific solutions, and nurture relationships across Sales, Group Engineering and Group Procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in working with clients.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the sealing technology industry.
• Ability to solve technical problems.
• Analytical way of thinking.
• Experience in working with CAD software.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• English - level B2 (spoken and written).
• Willingness to travel: >30% of working time.
• Driving license category B.

Responsibilities

• Act as an expert in sealing technology and communicate extensive technical knowledge to customers.
• Deliver sales solutions and upsell at the customer site.
• Analyze technical processes with the client’s engineering department and develop customer-specific solutions.
• Establish and deepen relationships with clients, cooperating with Sales, Teams, Group Engineering and Group Procurement.
• Provide product and solution trainings for clients and colleagues.
• Manage implemented projects.

Your responsibilities:

• The Product Application Engineer (PAE) position will be an expert in a specific product category - sealing technology.
• Your role will be to play a key role in actively communicating extensive technical knowledge to customers and delivering sales solutions.

Consulting and upselling at the customer:

• - Analysis of technical processes with the client's engineering department
• - Development of customer-specific solutions
• - Establishing and deepening relationships with clients, cooperating with Sales
• Teams, Group Engineering and Group Procurement

Product and solution training:

• - For clients and colleagues
• - Consultation on technical issues for clients and colleagues

Administrative tasks:

• - Management of implemented projects

Minimum requirements:
