Job summary

Ghostviber is building an AI-native creative product where design turns complexity into usable systems. This role focuses on turning complex flows into clear, intuitive experiences across editor, AI interactions, onboarding, analysis, and billing.

You will work closely with engineering in fast iteration cycles, shaping the design system, and contributing to product decisions with a strong product mindset, in a flexible, async-friendly setup.

Qualifications

• Proven UI/UX design experience for SaaS or complex interfaces.
• Ability to design for systems, not just screens.
• Strong understanding of user flows and edge cases.

About the role

We're building Ghostviber as an AI-native creative product, where design is not decoration, but the system that makes complexity usable.

The product combines writing, AI generation, analysis, audio, visual outputs, credits, and async workflows. Without strong design, it becomes confusing. With the right design, it feels fast, intuitive, and almost effortless.

This role is for someone who understands how to turn complex systems into clear experiences, and cares about how the product actually feels in use.

What you'll do

• Design and evolve core product flows (editor, AI interactions, onboarding, analysis, billing)
• Translate complex product logic into simple, intuitive user experiences
• Improve clarity, usability, and perceived performance of the product
• Define and evolve the design system (components, states, consistency)
• Work closely with engineering in fast iteration cycles and real product constraints
• Contribute to product decisions, not just visual execution

What we expect

• Strong UI/UX experience with real product work (SaaS, tools, or complex interfaces)
