Job description

About SINGU

At SINGU, we’re redefining how the world’s most ambitious real estate companies run their operations. Our mission is to become Europe’s leading platform for managing warehouse, logistics, retail, and multi-site commercial real estate portfolios — empowering our Clients to protect revenue, boost efficiency, and unlock new value across every aspect of their business. Our unified CAFM platform already powers the daily operations of over 250 million m² of real estate worldwide, supporting more than 500,000 professionals. Following our union with the UK’s Micad and Germany’s net-haus, we now help manage 100,000+ buildings across 35+ countries — and we’re just getting started. Backed by a leading growth equity investor, we’re scaling rapidly and partnering with global leaders such as Prologis, ECE, CTP, Hillwood, Logicor, GLP, and Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield. As we continue to grow through strategic acquisitions and bold innovation, we stay true to our core values: adaptability, collaboration, and client focus. If you’re ready to help build Europe’s leading platform for property operations — and make a tangible impact on how the real estate industry works — join SINGU and be part of this transformation.

About The Role

You’ll join the New Business team at SINGU — a cross-functional squad that operates like an internal startup inside a mature B2B SaaS product. We build new modules from scratch: shaping ideas into MVPs, validating them with real users, and deciding what to scale, pivot, or hand off to other teams. Over the next 6–12 months, our focus is shipping AI-powered experiences that change how facility and asset managers get their work done.

You’ll work side by side with a Product Manager, Tech Lead, and Engineers, with real ownership of what gets built and how it's designed.

This is a hybrid position, based in Kraków or Warsaw – 2-3 days from the office per week.

This is a strong fit for you if:
  • Your portfolio is full of B2B SaaS work — complex, data-heavy products designed for professionals using them as part of their daily job.
  • You’ve shipped end-to-end and enjoy the messy zero-to-one stage as much as refining v3.
  • You’re excited by AI as a design material and want to shape how it shows up inside a product.
This is probably not the right role if:
  • Your portfolio is mostly consumer apps, marketing sites, or landing pages.
  • You prefer working only on mature, stable products with well-defined design problems.
What you will bring to the Team
  • Solid B2B SaaS experience as a Product Designer — your portfolio shows real work on complex, data-heavy B2B products built for business users. You understand the difference between designing something pretty for consumers and making sophisticated, professional workflows feel obvious.
  • End-to-End UX Ownership — you’ve owned the full UX process, from discovery and problem framing through ideation, design, validation, and delivery, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and zero-to-one work — you’re energized by shaping new modules, building MVPs, running validation, and making informed trade-offs when the problem space is still being defined.
  • Strong Research & Insight Synthesis Skills — confident in qualitative research methods (user interviews, usability testing), and able to support decisions with quantitative data including usage analytics and product metrics.
  • Advanced Product & Interaction Design Skills — strong design craft and experience designing complex, data-heavy B2B interfaces, making sophisticated workflows intuitive and efficient.
  • High-Quality Design Artifacts & Prototyping — clear wireframes, user journeys, and interactive prototypes at different fidelities. Highly proficient in Figma and comfortable leveraging AI-powered tools in your workflow.
  • Design Systems Experience — you’ve worked with established design systems and actively contributed to their evolution, ensuring consistency, scalability, and accessibility across the product.
  • Strong Communication & English Proficiency — you communicate clearly, can present and defend design decisions, and collaborate effectively with international stakeholders. English at B2/C1.
What success looks like in the first 6–12 months
  • You’ve helped ship at least one new module from MVP to early adoption, with clear evidence of user impact.
  • You’ve shaped the first iterations of AI-powered experiences in SINGU, making complex capabilities feel obvious and trustworthy to users.
  • You’ve improved core product experiences that clearly communicate SINGU's value and better support users in their daily work, reducing friction in critical user flows.
  • You’ve strengthened and evolved the SINGU design system, improving consistency across the application and reducing design-to-development effort for product teams.
Your Mission

As a Product Designer in the New Business team, your role is to solve meaningful user problems through strong product experiences that support SINGU's business goals. You’ll own design outcomes end to end — turning user insights, business needs, and technical constraints into clear, effective solutions — within a team that moves fast, ships MVPs, and is just as comfortable building new things as improving what's already in users' hands.

You’ll contribute to the design system and help raise UX quality across the product, bringing user research and data into everyday product decisions.
