Job summary

the Momentum in Wrocław is seeking a talented Product Designer to own the full design journey from discovery to implementation for diverse client projects, shaping experiences that matter.

You will run client workshops, translate insights into robust mockups and prototypes, and collaborate with developers and managers to deliver engaging web and mobile interfaces, scalable components, and clear design systems.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in web and mobile UX/UI application design.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, ability to create scalable component libraries.
• Solid knowledge of common design methods, patterns and principles.
• Experience in conducting and planning workshop sessions with clients to gather requirements and convert them into mockups.
• High visual skills to produce beautiful and functional interfaces.
• Confidence in using English (B2+) in writing and speaking.
• Proactive and mature approach to the project process including design thinking.
• Ability to estimate one’s own work.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to articulate and justify design decisions effectively.
• Ability to build AI prototypes and use AI tools to speed up the workflow (Figma Make, Claude Code + Skills).

Responsibilities

• Discover client’s needs by facilitating workshops and conducting through research; collecting and evaluating user requirements.
• Full-life-cycle design of products and features including discovery, research, flows, UX/UI mockups, implementation, and sometimes user testing.
• Collaboration with project team members to ensure delivery of high-quality, user-centered solutions.
• Deliver tangible results in the form of effective web and mobile interfaces that balance form and function.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems, conduct UX audits.

This is your opportunity to own the complete design journey, from initial concept to final implementation, while making a meaningful impact on both user experience and business outcomes. If you are experienced with conducting client workshops, gathering requirements and insights and turning them into beautiful final designs and prototypes - we have a job for you!

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in web and mobile UX/UI application design
• Proficiency in design & prototyping tools, ability to create scalable component libraries
• Solid knowledge of common design methods, patterns and principles,
• Experience in conducting and planning workshop sessions with clients to gather requirements & convert them into mockups
