We are currently looking for a high-performing individual for the position of Product Data Controller. The role will be based in Kongsberg Maritime - Product Support Services, Gdynia. The Product Data Controller is an entry-level position responsible for maintaining complete and correct information about our products in ERP, PLM, and CRM systems.

Key accountabilities:

  1. Creating, updating, and correcting product structures and configurations in our ERP and PLM systems.
  2. Maintaining product data quality by ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  3. Clarifying and correcting discrepancies between various systems.
  4. Responding to shared mailboxes.
  5. Contributing to continuous improvement of our processes.

Qualifications and experience:

  1. Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in mechanical engineering, data administration, or related fields.
  2. Fluent spoken and written English.
  3. Ability to adhere to company rules and procedures.
  4. Previous experience with ERP, PLM, or CRM systems is considered an advantage.
  5. Basic knowledge of databases and/or programming languages is considered an advantage.
