Product / Brand Manager (Surgical)

Responsibilities

• The Manager is primarily responsible for shaping and executing marketing strategies for surgical products, enhancing brand equity, market share, and sales through digital, social, and e-Commerce advancements.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in ophthalmology is a strong asset
• Very good command of English and Polish, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel within Warsaw and across Poland
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with Salesforce (SF) is a plus
• High level of accountability, independence, and responsibility
