Job summary

Systech International in Poland is seeking a Procurement Specialist (EMEA) to manage purchase orders, supplier coordination and data in SAP, ensuring timely deliveries from Kajetany. The role emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration across the EMEA region and requires strong SAP and Excel skills.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years in a machine-building/technical setting, plus knowledge of LEAN methods and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in machine building/technical industry.
• Experience with SAP MM Module is required.
• Very good command of Excel.
• Experience with LEAN tools (8D, 5 Why’s, Ishikawa Diagram) is an advantage.
• Experience with SAP SD Module is an advantage.
• Experience Power BI is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities in a cross functional environment.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze MRP results to create purchase orders for parts required mainly for end customer.
• Manage master data for parts.
• Cooperate with suppliers to monitor PO status (order acknowledgment, past due) and update data in SAP.
• Maintain daily stock level according to company standards.
• Clarify issues with vendor invoices.
• Report on Monitoring KPI and Performance KPI (e.g., OTDP).
• Collaborate with Warehouse on incoming materials and with Sales for direct deliveries.
• Support negotiations and supplier optimization with Sourcing Team.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze MRP results to create purchase orders for parts required mainly for end customer
• Manage master data for parts
• Cooperate with suppliers to monitor PO status (Order acknowledgment, Past Due), update the data in SAP
• Keep daily control on the stock level based on company standards
• Clarify any issues with vendors invoices
• Report on the Monitoring KPI and Performance KPI (Example OTDP)
• Cooperate with Warehouse in terms of incoming materials
• Cooperate with Sales Team for direct deliveries
• Cooperate with Sourcing Team to support the negotiations and supplier’s optimization

What You´ll Need To Have
