Job summary

Accenture Poland is looking for a Sourcing & Procurement professional to join our Warsaw-based team. You will tackle diverse procurement issues, leveraging data analytics, market insights, and AI-assisted methods to deliver value for top clients.

You will collaborate with clients and colleagues across Europe in a dynamic, international environment, supporting transformational sourcing projects and capability-building with a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ procurement experience (Category Management / Strategic Sourcing).
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills (written & spoken).
• Strategic thinker with project management capabilities.
• Experience in sourcing of complex categories (e.g. CSO).
• Benefits case realisation using digital technologies and data orchestration.
• Awareness of leading Procurement concepts and software solutions.
• Teamwork and ability to work in dispersed delivery environment.
• Proactive with clear ownership of tasks.
• Skilled in calculation & visualization tools.
• Experience in project-based work.

THE WORK:

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years’ procurement function experience (e.g. Category Management, Strategic Sourcing):
• Strategic thinker and project management skills
• Managing sourcing of complex categories (e.g. CSO)

We deliver our work in hybrid model, remotely, in our offices but also traveling and working closely with our Clients in their offices. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. That is why traveling declaration, willingness and ability to work at client locations mostly across Europe and beyond, for short or long term, is required.
