Job Description



  • Develop and lead the national procurement strategy, ensuring alignment with global objectives and local operational priorities.


  • Oversee procurement for multi-site operations, covering both direct and indirect categories.


  • Drive cost optimisation, supplier consolidation, and risk mitigation across the supply chain.


  • Lead high-value negotiations and establish long-term partnerships with strategic suppliers.


  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance, and ethical standards.


  • Build and manage a high-performing procurement team and foster cross-functional collaboration.


  • Track and report procurement performance, savings, and KPIs to regional and global leadership.


The Successful Applicant



  • Proven experience (10+ years) in procurement leadership roles within a global, industrial, or manufacturing environment.


  • Experience managing procurement across multi-site or matrixed organisations.


  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills.


  • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.


  • Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or CIPS certification is a plus.


  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
