Job summary

Join us to work as an Engineering Services Transformation Consultant and become part of business transformation and implementation projects for leading industrial clients.

You will help organizations transform engineering and product development processes by improving collaboration, accelerating innovation and enabling more efficient product lifecycle management. Working closely with engineering, product management and manufacturing teams, you will support initiatives focused on faster product introduction, engineering excellence and digital transformation across the product lifecycle.

You will work in a dynamic project environment and gain exposure to transformation initiatives covering product development, engineering collaboration, engineering change management and digital engineering. Your role will help organizations bridge the gap between product innovation and manufacturing readiness, enabling faster time-to-market and more connected engineering operations.

THE WORK:

• Support organizations in transforming product development and engineering processes, from concept definition through product release.
• Help improve engineering collaboration by connecting product, engineering and business teams across the product lifecycle.
• Contribute to engineering change and configuration management, ensuring controlled implementation of product changes and design updates.
• Support the management of product information, engineering data and product structures, improving consistency and traceability across engineering functions.
• Help optimize product portfolio and variant management, balancing innovation, product complexity and time-to-market.
• Support organizations in improving engineering readiness for new product introduction and manufacturing handover.
• Participate in initiatives focused on digital engineering, connected products and engineering knowledge management.
• Explore opportunities to leverage AI-assisted engineering to improve engineering productivity, design collaboration and decision-making.
• Contribute to engineering transformation initiatives using leading enterprise platforms such as SAP, Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE, Siemens NX, Autodesk or similar solutions.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Higher education, minimum bachelor's degree or technical equivalent (Engineer)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience working for industrial clients
• Functional knowledge of SAP that allows proposing best practice configuration
• Understanding dependencies, e.g. BOM and Serialization
• Practical knowledge of AI tools (Copilot, Gemini, GPT)
• Practical knowledge of project management methodology (waterfall and/or agile and/or scrum)
• Excellent communication skills in English is a must
• MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Relevant knowledge from any other Equipment-heavy industry
• Jira and Confluence proficiency
• German, French

• Traveling to work with prestigious clients and deliver large-scale transformational change. We deliver our work in hybrid model, remotely, in our offices but also traveling and working closely with our Clients in their offices. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. That is why traveling declaration, willingness and ability to work at client locations mostly across Europe and beyond, for short or long term, is required.
