Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to define and execute the process strategy across the Filtration and Separation network. You will optimize production, implement new technologies, and drive cost improvements while maintaining compliance.

The role is onsite in Wrocław with travel up to 25% internationally and possible relocation support. You will collaborate with R&D, Quality, Production, and other teams to deliver robust processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum engineering degree with focus on manufacturing.
• Experience in regulated industries (pharma/medical devices) favored.
• Knowledge of GMP/ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with process validation and equipment qualification.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical authority for manufacturing process capability.
• Optimize production processes and implement new technologies.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
• Ensure compliant, high-quality product manufacture.
• Lead process improvement projects and risk assessments.
• Support new product introductions and manufacturing validation.
