Qualifications

• 2-3 lata doświadczenia w dziale księgowości/finansów.
• Znajomość systemu SAP jest wymagana.

Responsibilities

• Obsługa, weryfikacja i księgowanie wyciągów bankowych.
• Przygotowanie i realizacja płatności w systemie SAP.

Job description

Your responsibilities:

1. Day-to-day handling, recording, verifying and accounting of bank statements
2. Preparing and making manual and automatic payments in SAP system
3. Reconciliation of accounting balances in bank accounts for the day and at the end of the month
4. Conducting monthly operational calls for the countries where the PF service is being delivered.
5. Preparing monthly final reports (quality checks, HIT RATES, UP)
6. Taking part in projects commissioned by the Team Lead (GAP, UAT)
7. Carrying out the project within various departments in order to improve the work in both own and other financial teams.
8. Supporting Team Leader in operational tasks as a Backup (low escalation level reaction, handling additional tasks, team support in unresolved cases)
9. Liaising with the company's subsidiaries in Europe and internationally, within the Shared Service Center

Our requirements:

1. Are you looking for a full-time job
2. You have a very good command of the English language (at least C1)
3. The ability to work in a team, prioritize and be accurate are your qualities
4. You have at least 2-3 years experience in accounting/finance department
5. Knowledge of SAP (must have)
6. You are a graduate (or are about to graduate) in economics or finance and accounting (nice-to-have)
7. Working time: 14:00-22:00
