Responsibilities

  • Resolve issues related to payment processing.
  • Conduct tests and provide assistance across various payment systems.
  • Participate in the national migration project to ISO 20022 XML format.

Responsibilities
  • Sorbnet3 – cooperation with the National Bank of Poland and representatives of the banking sector regarding the operation of the Sorbnet3 system.
  • Regulatory testing and system maintenance – coordination and execution of mandatory semi-annual tests with NBP and KIR (ACH).
  • Expert support – resolving issues related to payment processing, including technical and operational errors.
  • Payment platform testing and support – conducting tests and providing assistance across various payment systems.
  • XML 2027 Project – Elixir migration
  • Active participation in the national migration project to ISO 20022 XML format for the Elixir system, scheduled for 2027.
  • Supporting internal preparations by aligning payment formats, data structures, and system compatibility.
  • Collaborating with industry stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition and compliance with new standards.
  • Electronic banking – day-to-day work with online banking systems and supporting clients in resolving technical and IT-related issues.
  • Participation in internal projects – active involvement in team initiatives and continuous development of professional competencies.
Requirements
  • You have experience in payment operations, banking systems, or regulatory coordination.
  • You are familiar with the functioning of the ELIXIR and SORBNET systems.
  • You have a good understanding of the banking infrastructure in Poland and the ISO 20022 standards.
  • You understand how electronic banking systems work and can effectively use their functionalities.
  • You communicate fluently in English.
  • You know transactional banking products and can apply them in practice.
  • You manage your time and priorities effectively in a dynamic work environment.
  • You enjoy direct contact with clients and easily build relationships.
  • You demonstrate a high level of professionalism and personal culture.
  • You hold a university degree, preferably in finance, banking, or a related field.
