Job summary

Sii Poland seeks an Electrical Design Engineer to join our intralogistics team in Poland. You will design electrical installations and control systems for internal transport systems, and prepare and update technical documentation.

You will collaborate with project teams and clients to implement changes and ensure compliance with standards. The role requires a higher technical education in a related field, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and practical knowledge of EPLAN or Zuken.

Qualifications

• Higher technical education in electrical engineering, electrotechnics, automation, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in electrical installations design or technical documentation for machines or intralogistics.
• Practical knowledge of EPLAN or Zuken or willingness to adapt quickly.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and create/update technical documentation.
• Polish fluency and English at B1/B2 for international collaboration.

• Designing and implementing changes in electrical installations and control systems for intralogistics.
• Creating, updating, and maintaining technical documentation (electrical diagrams, BOM, project docs).
• Selecting electrical components and supporting design changes.

We are looking for individuals interested in working on intralogistics projects to join our team at Sii. In this position, you will carry out tasks related to designing electrical installations and control systems for internal transport systems, as well as preparing and updating technical documentation. The scope of responsibilities includes participation in new projects as well as implementing changes and updates in existing solutions, depending on client needs.

Your tasks

• Designing and implementing changes in electrical installations and control systems for intralogistics systems
• Creating, updating, and maintaining technical documentation (electrical diagrams, BOM material lists, and project documentation)
• Selecting electrical components and supporting the implementation of design changes
• Collaborating with the project team and participating in technical agreements with the client
• Supporting the execution of new projects and modifications of existing solutions
• Ensuring compliance of documentation with applicable norms and standards

Requirements

• Higher technical education (electrical engineering, electrotechnics, automation, or related fields)
• At least 3 years of experience in designing electrical installations or preparing technical documentation for machines, transport systems, or intralogistics solutions
• Practical knowledge of EPLAN or Zuken or readiness to quickly adapt to one of these tools
• Ability to create and update technical documentation and read electrical diagrams
• Knowledge of standards and regulations regarding electrical installations
• Knowledge of English at B1/B2 level enabling collaboration with international teams and readiness for occasional short business trips
• Required to be present in Poland and fluent knowledge of Polish
