Who we are looking for

State Street Global Technology Services (GTS) – Program Office is seeking a skilled and proven Process Engineer, Assistant Vice President to play a key role in analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes to enhance operational efficiency. This position requires technical expertise in process engineering methodologies, data analysis, and a deep understanding of systems integration. The AVP Process Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify process bottlenecks and recommend solutions for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed process mapping, analysis, and design to identify areas for improvement across business functions.
  • Apply process engineering methodologies to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and improve quality.
  • Collaborate with IT and operational teams to design and implement automated solutions, enhancing process efficiency.
  • Use data analysis techniques to monitor process performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process workflows to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Assist with the implementation and testing of new processes, ensuring alignment with business requirements and operational objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze process metrics, providing insights and reports to stakeholders on process performance.
