Job summary

Global Life Science Hub in Zakroczym, Poland is seeking a Process Engineer to support OSD manufacturing operations onsite. You will lead a small team and drive technology transfer and process optimisation within GMP environments.

The role offers responsibility for coordinating projects, supervising five engineers (3 on-site, 2 remote), and delivering continuous improvements across tablets and capsules while collaborating with Quality and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5+ years of pharmaceutical process engineering or MSAT experience.
• Strong OSDS manufacturing experience.
• Experience with pharmaceutical technology transfers and project coordination.
• Leadership experience overseeing a small team of engineers.
• GMP manufacturing environment knowledge.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

About the Opportunity

Global Life Science Hub is partnering with an established pharmaceutical manufacturer in Poland to recruit an experienced Process Engineer to support its Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing operations.

This position offers the opportunity to take a leading role in technology transfer, process optimisation and technical manufacturing projects, while overseeing a small team of Process Engineers.

The successful candidate will work closely with manufacturing, quality and engineering teams to support ongoing operations and the implementation of new manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• Approximately 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical process engineering, MSAT or a related technical manufacturing role.
• Strong experience within oral solid dosage manufacturing (OSD).
• Hands-on experience with pharmaceutical technology transfers, including project coordination or management.
• Previous leadership experience or the ability to oversee and develop a small team of engineers.
• Good understanding of GMP manufacturing environments.
• Strong technical problem-solving, communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work fully on-site in Zakroczym, Poland.
