At BrainRocket, we’re driven by innovation and operational excellence. As we grow, we’re looking for a Process Analystto elevate operational transparency, process efficiency, and continuous improvement across our products and departments.

As aProcess Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing, mapping, and optimizing cross-functional business processes and workflows. This role requires strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and the ability to work across teams to identify bottlenecks, promote process optimization, and support organizational change. You’ll partner closely with stakeholders to build transparency, drive efficiency, and implement improvements across the product lifecycle.

Process Analysis & Optimization

️ Analyze and document complex, cross-functional business and product processes;

️ Identify dependencies and inefficiencies between departments, teams, and tools;

️Create detailed process maps using BPMN, flowcharts, VSM, and other methodologies;

️Propose and lead initiatives to improve process efficiency and product delivery speed;

Stakeholder Management & Communication

️ Conduct interviews and facilitate workshops with teams and business units;

️ Present proposals and advocate for impactful changes;

Ensure clear communication and alignment among all process participants;

Documentation & Reporting

️ Develop and maintain up-to-date process documentation and supporting materials;

️ Create accessible visual reports and diagrams for business, technical, and executive audiences;

Process Implementation & Support

️ Support rollout of new processes and monitor adoption and impact;

️ Provide onboarding and training for teams adopting updated workflows;

️ Track performance metrics and report on outcomes;

️ Identify potential risks within existing and new processes;

️ Create mitigation plans and ensure they are implemented and monitored.

Must-Have:

️ Bachelor’s degree in Business Analysis, IT, Management, or related fields;

️ 2+ years of experience as a business or process analyst, ideally in product/IT companies;

️ Experience with BPMN, UML, Value Stream Mapping;

️ Skilled in Jira, Confluence, Miro, Draw.io/Lucidchart, and Google Workspace;

️ Strong analytical thinking and experience structuring complex information;

️ Fluent English (written and spoken).

Nice-to-Have:

️ Experience working in fast-paced IT environments with evolving planning cycles;

️ Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);

️ Experience with digital transformation or process automation initiatives;

️ Familiarity with large-scale organizational change projects;

️ iGaming industry experience is a plus.
