Job summary

Bain & Company seeks a quantitative research professional to support the BCN PEG practice in Poland. You will design surveys, oversee fieldwork, and deliver analytics and insights across technology, healthcare, and financial services sectors.

With 3+ years in management consulting or analytics and strong English, you will work in a hybrid setup including approximately 3 days per week in the office, collaborating with global Bain teams to synthesize actionable findings for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative, analytical, business, or related discipline, with a strong academic record.
3+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, business analytics, primary / survey research, or a global multinational environment.
Background in end-to-end quantitative primary research, including survey instrument design, sampling methodology, vendor management, fieldwork oversight, data quality control, and analysis of results to generate actionable insights across CP&R, technology, healthcare, or similar sectors is preferred.
Experience with qualitative primary research methods (e.g., expert and stakeholder interviews, AI-enabled interview tools, and focus groups) and the ability to distill complex conversations into structured, insight-driven outputs is a plus.
Excellent written and spoken English (C1/C2 level).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Learning agility, with the ability to quickly adopt new ways of working, learn new analytical tools, and adapt to evolving project requirements and client needs.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and present findings clearly to senior stakeholders.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Alteryx, Tableau, SPSS, and AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Prepare research designs, sampling plans, and survey instruments for both B2B and B2C surveys
Provide inputs to stakeholders on best approach, vendor choice and cost overview of the projects
Deliver end-to-end on research projects, including case team briefing, fieldwork monitoring, fraud/ quality control, maintaining vendor relationships and reporting
Conduct survey data analytics to identify patterns and trends using tools like MS Excel
Perform thorough quality checks in their work including pressure-testing the insights
Create high-quality presentations, dashboards, and written outputs by leveraging rigorous data analysis and synthesizing insights across project workstreams to directly address key hypotheses
Conduct primary research interviews and calls with senior stakeholders (e.g., CXOs, functional leaders, industry experts) and synthesize the insights
Manage set-up and delivery of AI-led/ enabled interviews and synthesis of insights
Stay ahead of latest industry trends and new tools and technologies in quantitative primary research
Motivate team members, boost team morale and exhibit role model behavior
Facilitate cross-sharing of learning/knowledge and tools within and across teams
Leverage opportunities to provide training, coaching and mentoring to fellow team members
