Responsibilities

• Assess printer compatibility with the target M365 tenant and endpoint management setup
  Define and implement printer migration plans (driver updates, queue reconfiguration, policy alignment)
• Provide expertise in MyQ Printaurus and support upgrades in related print management products
• Execute tasks outlined in the role description in alignment with overall project objectives
• Strong understanding of M365 environments and endpoint management strategies
• Expertise in printer compatibility assessment within M365 tenants
• Experience with printer migrations, including drivers, queues, and policy alignment
• Knowledge of MyQ Printaurus and related print management tools
• Ability to support upgrades of print-related products
• Very good command of English
• Ability to work independently and within hybrid methodology environments (SCRUM/Waterfall)
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
