Job summary

Hitachi Energy in Kraków is seeking a skilled security researcher to join the Cybersecurity Assurance Center, the product security team responsible for the penetration testing of every product we build.

In this role you will test hardware, software, cloud, mobile and OT solutions; identify and exploit vulnerabilities to eliminate them before releasing product to the market; work closely with engineers to support security-by-design; and use state-of-the-art tools, including CsAC's custom tools

Qualifications

• Experience in security research and active penetration testing.
• Ability to identify vulnerabilities across hardware, software, cloud, mobile and OT products.
• Collaborate with engineers to implement security-by-design practices.
• Familiarity with cryptography and reverse engineering tooling.

Responsibilities

• Test every kind of product before release - hardware, software, cloud, mobile, OT solutions.
• Identify and exploit vulnerabilities across all Hitachi Energy products to eliminate them before releasing to market.
• Work closely with engineers to support security-by-design approach implementation.
• Use and develop state-of-the-art tools, including CsAC's custom tools for cryptography and reverse engineering.
