Philip Morris International is seeking a Product Owner to lead PMI's in-house AI agentic orchestration solution across discovery, delivery and adoption. The role combines cross‑functional leadership with value‑driven roadmaps and governance for enterprise AI products.

You will oversee user research, backlog management, integrations, and pilots, shaping interactions across AI agents, knowledge bases and services while ensuring responsible AI practices and measurable business value.

Competenze

• 5+ years in Product Ownership or Product Management or a similar tech role.
• Experience owning complex digital or AI products across discovery, delivery, adoption and lifecycle decisions.
• Strong Agile product leadership, user research, roadmap and backlog prioritization experience.
• Experience scaling AI or enterprise products through pilots, adoption and support transitions.
• Practical understanding of generative AI, agent orchestration, knowledge, workflows and services.
• Familiarity with grounding, RAG, prompts, APIs, integrations, identity and access.
• Understanding of AI limitations, evaluation, observability, human intervention and reliability.
• Cloud, data and software literacy including security, privacy, auditability and responsible AI.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical judgment, user focus and stakeholder management.
• Excellent written and spoken English and ability to explain technical choices clearly.
