Job summary

Capco Poland is seeking a Senior Lead Consultant / Principal Data Advisor based in Warsaw for a hybrid role. You will lead complex data programmes across banking and financial services, working with senior management to shape data governance, architecture and transformation initiatives.

You will coordinate with Business, IT, Security and Data Owners to translate strategic objectives into practical delivery, including data warehouses, data platforms and lakehouse solutions using GCP/BigQuery.

The Role

As a Senior Lead Consultant / Principal Data Advisor at Capco, you will play a key role in leading complex, large-scale data programmes for clients across banking and financial services.

You will work closely with senior management, Steering Committees, Business, IT, Security, and Data Owners to provide strategic direction and support critical architectural and organisational decisions. Combining practical expertise across data governance, architecture, and transformation, you will help clients build robust data capabilities and translate strategic objectives into effective delivery.

What You'll Do
