Grid Dynamics is seeking a Principal Full-Stack Developer (Java/Angular) in Warszawa to lead software projects, define technical strategies, and shape scalable, high-performance applications. You will mentor teams, own architecture decisions, and drive frontend and backend excellence using Angular and Java.

As a Staff-level engineer, you will mentor, influence stakeholders, and contribute to AI-enabled solutions leveraging Claude, AI Agents, and Copilot, while maintaining strong ownership across

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience using Java and Angular (v12+).
• Proven expertise with AI tool integrations (Claude, AI Agents, GitHub Copilot).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and backend architectural patterns.
• Cloud platform familiarity (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and NoSQL databases.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and projects from architecture to deployment.
• Experience with REST APIs, OAuth2, and web security best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for full-stack initiatives across backend (Java) and frontend (Angular).
• Architect, design, and implement AI-enabled solutions for critical business cases.
• Lead feature development with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct code reviews, performance analysis, and enforce coding standards.
• Shape system architecture decisions for long-term maintainability.
• Mentor mid- and senior-level developers and support team growth.
• Lead stakeholder communications up to director level.
• Support internal tech talks and knowledge sharing, including presentations.
• Contribute to upsell strategies by aligning technical direction with business goals.
• Lead technical interviews up to senior levels (T4).
